TIME COMMITMENT: 

30 – 40 minutes | yoga practice (a flow changing daily)
5 – 20 minutes | video (changing: chanting/meditation/dance/workout/etc)
5 – 10 minutes | daily taks for the day

More details in the video below. Try to do as much as you can, and I can tell you: it will help to feel more positive and attract your dreams. Tip: use a little notebook for your daily happiness exercises.
