Smoothiebowls everywhere, but they are just too good – right? 

INGREDIENTS:

1 medjool dates

1 banana

1/2 cup ice-cubs

50 ml unsweetened almondmilk

2 tsp chiaseed

 

 

 

As we can see summer is almost coming to an end (hopefully still some nice, sunny and bright days ahead of us) and we’re making ourselves ready for fall. We personally do love the Dutch fall, if the rain isn’t pouring… 

But from the positive side; we can eat a bit more so the wind will not blow us away, haha. Stay grounded! 

Fall is also perfect to eat some more spices like cinnamon, cardamom, chilli and cayenne pepper so the fire will keep going within our bodies. 

This bowl will definetly feels like a treat but it is so healthy! Let us know what you think and enjoy your bowl.

 

 

 

 

 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp cardamom

1/4 ground cloves

1/4 ginger

1/4 fennel seeds

Well, then we have some good news.. Cause we’ve got this very delicious chai smoothie for you. A little spice to keep the spica alive this winter 🙂

Find yourself a smoothie blender or a mixer, add the ingredients in the mixer and mix everything together into a bowl and start to make a beautiful bowl with everything you like and whatever you have in your house: fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, granola, hennep, cacaonibs. And especially add 1 tsp of almond-butter to the top. My favorite almond-butter you can buy at eko-plaza. This one is a bit expensive but I promise it is a great investment. Or… make it yourself! I will share a recipe of this soon.
