Every morning we will have a more active yoga class. Try to arrive a bit earlier to

take a moment for yourself to turn inwards before the class starts.

B R E A K F A S T | 8 . 3 0 – 1 0 . 0 0

Most days we will enjoy the lovely breakfast together downstairs at the big table

after yoga 9.00. There is a menu with different options you can take your favourite

and a coffee of your choice. Always feel free to take your breakfast alone if you feel

like you need some time for you. I would advice to for sure try this 1 day. Let’s say we

all eat alone: Wednesday morning.

Daily 1.5 hrs surf lessons

times will change a little bit duo of the tides. I will update this to you guys daily

during breakfast. First surf starts. Sunday shortly after breakfast at 10.00

The best to start to prepare yourself for a good night of sleep is to slow down later on

the day: which we will do with a more slow flow yoga class or yoga nidra or a

meditation session.

D I N N E R | 7 . 0 0 – 1 0 . 0 0 P M

In the evening we have daily a different menu to chose from with “a starter – main –

dessert.” Always the option to eat meat/vegatarian. If you have any intolerances

come to me. Most of the days we will eat together at the big table downstairs.

Saturday – Sunday – Tuesday – Thursday. On the other days feel free to order on your

own and sit by yourself, or wherever you want. It can be good to take these days for

you eat alone – write. Just enjoying being silence. If you feel like eating with someone

of the retreat you are of course always free to do this too. It’s your week.

M O R N I N G R I T U A L

For this week the morning will be a moment to check in with yourself, starting the

day without any other impulses. Meaning: no phone – no talking. Just turn your

phone on flight mode and use it only for your alarm to wake up. Next to no phone

try to not talk with anyone till after yoga. If someone outside of the retreat who

doesn’t know asks you something you can answer. Jjust try to talk as little as possible

and be with yourself. Go to yoga, sit on your mat, meditate before the class starts and

after the yoga class there is enough time to talk together during breakfast

This might feel strange at the beginning but you will start to LOVE it.

E V E N I N G R I T U A L

Try to really slow down in the evening. Taking a moment to sit and look at the

ocean, to write in your book and read a little.

We will have a digital detox with no phone for a couple of days, but the other days

you will have your phone. Please really try to not use your phone after 9.00pm

anymore. This will effect your sleep, and also think about your roommate. For

yourself try to not use your phone in the evening: better to read and write, but for

your roommate: don’t use the phone in the room after 9.30pm

T I M E F O R Y O U

Taking time for yourself is important. Especially nowadays we tend to always go on

and on. Just see this week as your time so alwasy remember you can do whatever

you want. It’s sometimes good to spend some time alone, to eat lunch alone, write in

your book or to make a long walk on the beach. We will have moments to eat

together and evenings to just sit on your own or with someone, just decide for you.

And always feel free to choose another time to eat alone, cause you can always just

order your own meal and sit somewhere else.

What would happen if you gave yourself the permission to chase your dreams? 7 days and 6 nights of beautiful sunsets, beaches, nutritious meals, sunrise and sunset yoga, meditation, peace, all the goods. Besides having the opportunity to fully relax, we are also going to have a lot of fun by daily surfing sessions! Imagine yourself starting your day, surrounded by beautiful nature  and lovely people, strolling to the beach for your first yoga session of the day while watching the sunrise. Then coming home in our amazing retreat location, having a fresh and healthy breakfast waiting for you. Then we encourage you to just do you: go for a surf, follow a guided meditation, maybe a hiit workout, or discover Padang. Do whatever feels good for you and whatever you need at that moment. We will end our day together with a lovely three–course dinner and slower paced sunset yoga practice.

Prices we will be staying at the beautiful dream sea resort. Centered in the heart Of Uluwatu, 5 km away from the impressive Uluwatu temple and 600 meters away from the beach. This means waking up with the sound of calming waves and the smell of salty beaches. At the dream sea resort we got you three beautiful rooms to choose from:

1. normal shared –for € 899,– per person we got you a room with 2 individual beds and seaview. The normal shared room has a shared bathroom.

2. luxury shared –for € 949,– per person we got you aroom with 2 individual beds, seaview, extracare, a shared terrace and a fan. The luxury shared room has a shared bathroom.

3. deluxe shared –for €999,– per person we got you a room with 2individual beds, seaview, extracare, a shared terrace and a fan. The deluxe shared room has his own private bathroom.
