Life is about balance and that’s what I try to bring into my retreats. Happy good vibes, trying to make people connect with themselves. We will have digital detox days to really switch off, a moment that you don’t need to think about the time, the food, the schedule. It will all happen for you!
Taking a couple of days for yourself to relax and reload. Days where you can let go and let someone else think for you. Waking up in the morning to enjoy a yoga class, delicious healthy food, meditation, dancing, women circles and something special that fits to that retreat. Cause in my retreats I always try to combine yoga with something special, like surfing, painting, food, running, and so on. See below the video of the retreat in Bali where we combined Yoga & Surf.
